Challenge:
Only 37% of meetings in the workplace use a planned agenda. Without the use of an agenda, meetings tend to get off topic and can in ineffective. When this happens, there tends to be a need for more meetings or time to follow up. Unfortunately, time is not being used wisely when this happens.
Solution:
These job aids/infographics will help meeting leaders remember the steps for creating an agenda, types of items that can be included on an agenda and provide a template for creating an agenda.
